As the CEO and Founder of My Best Every Day Coaching & Consulting, LLC, launched in 2017, Michelle coaches, educates, empowers, and inspires women and people of color to aspire to leadership roles and lead bravely and savvily navigate the currents of the corporate workplace authentically. Her passion is driven by her experiences and learning from navigating these corporate spaces during her career as a woman of color.​​​
Michelle's warm spirit and engaging personality make clients comfortable opening up to her. Her experiences have strengthened her ability to be empathetic and encouraging while holding individuals accountable to the coaching process. Michelle has also learned that no matter how hard we try, we can't separate our personal lives from work. For this reason, she offers professional and personal coaching services - providing clients with the opportunity to be intentional about developing strategies that will enable them to thrive no matter the environment. ​
When Michelle is not coaching, she is engaged in community service activities, working with youth, spending time with her family and friends, and loving on her fur baby, Blu.
